<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely seal openings of a case with lids to make the same difficult to open by fixing the lids that close the openings of the case in closing positions, in a packaging case built into a hexahedron by folding a sheet of predetermined form. <P>SOLUTION: A sheet S for building the case is configured by providing one end side on a side of four side surface plates 1, 2, 3 and 4 connected via fold ruled lines Lv provided in between with an insertion pieces 7 of tongue shape the root of which is constricted into a narrow width, by being protruded, and the other side of the four side surface plates with an inward fold plate 8 connected to an end side via the fold ruled line Lv, and with cuts 9 of curved or bent shape formed in the inner end of the inward fold plate 8.
