<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory device comprising a mode register set which can generate a plurality of MRS commands without adding an address pin. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory device comprises: a control part 230 for generating a data buffer control signal DQBUF_ENDB; a data buffer part 250 for buffering and outputting a plurality of MRS codes A<0:12> and BA<0:2> which are input via a data pad DQ according to the data buffer control signal DQBUF_ENDB; and a plurality of MRS command generation parts 290A to 290E for receiving, via data lines GIO and LIO, the plurality of MRS codes A and BA which are output from the data buffer part 250 and generating a plurality of MRS commands NMRS_CMD<0:12>, EMRS_CMD<0:12>, EMRS2_CMD<0:12>, EMRS3_CMD<0:12>, and TMRS_CMD<0:12> using the received plurality of MRS codes A and BA. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
