RADIO NETWORK CONTROL APPARATUS AND METHOD

PURPOSE: A wireless network control device and a method thereof are provided to transmit a neighbor list included in a femto cell base station to a serving base station of a macro cell and erase the femto cell base station from the neighbor list during traffics of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(211) transmits a neighbor list included in an adjacent femto cell base station to a serving base station(220) of a macro cell. A control unit(212) controls the base station to camp-on a terminal(230) of an idle state from the serving base station to the femto cell base station based on the neighbor list. An update unit(213) erases the femto cell base station from the neighbor list during traffics of the terminal.
