FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: pump unit includes centrifugal pump and tank having pneumatic and hydraulic cavities. Pneumatic cavity is connected to vacuum pump. Level limiter is installed in the tank. The latter is installed immediately on suction connection pipe, its lower part diverges towards the latter, and the bottom is made in the form of perforated diaphragm. Delivery connection pipe is provided with a tap with valves, filter and flexible end introduced to suction connection pipe parallel to its axis under diaphragm and having the outlet hole oriented to diaphragm. Vacuum pump is equipped with drive with rotation speed control and temperature control with fluid temperature sensor in suction connection pipe. Temperature control is connected to speed control in the form of unit of electromagnetic powder clutches. Temperature control includes comparing and assignment units. Comparing unit is connected to input of electronic amplifier with non-linear feedback unit. Amplifier output is connected to input of magnetic amplifier with rectifier which is connected to speed control at the output. ^ EFFECT: reducing power consumption in the varying weather climatic operating conditions when the density of the transported mixture deviates from design one. ^ 1 dwg |
