<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED driving circuit capable of increasing a light volume with a compact structure. <P>SOLUTION: An LED driving circuit 1 has: a plurality of LEDs 2, 2 connected in series; a first DC power supply 3 and a second DC power supply 4 connected in series so as to forward-bias the plurality of LEDs 2, 2; a coil 5 connected in series with the plurality of LEDs, and capable of storing energy by a current by the first DC power supply 3 and the second DC power supply 4; a rectifier 6 having a cathode connected between the first DC power supply 3 and the second DC power supply 4; a selector switching element 7 connected with an anode of the rectifier 6; and control means 11 controlling the selector switching element 7. When the selector switching element 7 is turned on by the control of the control means 11, a first closed circuit 21 is formed by the plurality of LEDs, the first DC power supply 3, the second DC power supply 4, and the coil 5.
