<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which embodies an interface extended so as to distinguish connector applications having required current values different from each other. <P>SOLUTION: A custom receptacle (connector) 3 can be connected selectively with any one of a normal plug having an interface conforming to a standard or a custom plug having an interface of extended standard. The custom plug is provided with an identification key, and the custom receptacle 3 is provided with a switch terminal 34 which does not change the state when being fitted to the normal plug but changes the state by touching the identification key when being fitted to the custom plug. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
