<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of reducing its size and cost independently of presence/absence of a noise protection element. <P>SOLUTION: An opening of a yoke of an electric motor is covered with a brush holder 41 of a power feeding unit 4. A pair of power feeding terminals 43a and 43b connected with brushes 44a and 44b respectively is fixed onto the brush holder 41 by outsert molding. A brush side stationary column 420 is inserted into a caulking hole penetrating a pigtail connector 431 of each of the power feeding terminals 43a and 43b, and input side stationary columns 424 and 425 are inserted into stationary holes penetrating an input side stationary part 432. Then thermal caulking is performed to fix the power feeding terminals 43a and 43b. A predetermined interval is formed between the input side stationary columns 424 and 425 and the brush side stationary column 420 on the brush holder 41. Thereby, a brush side terminal, an input side terminal, and a choke coil connected between them can be attached instead of the power feeding terminals 43a and 43b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
