Provided is a method other than securing by screws for affixing a rectifying element, and the retention reliability of the rectifying element is increased. A terminal box (10) is provided with a resin base plate (21) having protrusions (40), a resin outer plate (22) surrounding the periphery of the base plate (21), a heat dissipating plate (90A) supported by the base plate (21), and a diode (80) supported by the heat dissipating plate (90A) and having a heat generating part. The base plate (21) has a higher heat resistance than the outer plate (22), and is attached and secured to the outer plate (22). An attachment hole (84) in which a protrusion (40) can be inserted is formed in the diodes (80). The tip of the protrusion (40) is passed through the attachment hole (84) toward the surface side of the diode (80) and is deformed by resin fastening to form a resin fastened part (41) that holds the diode (80) to the base plate (21).
