PURPOSE: A direct digital oscillation type multi channel modulator using a zero IF is provided to module multi channels by one FPGA. CONSTITUTION: A first converting unit(112) converts ASI(Asynchronous Serial Interface) or SMPTE(Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers)-310 signals per each channel into MPEG-TS(Moving Picture Experts Group Transport Stream) signals. A second converting unit(114) converts output signals of the first converting unit at a fixed bit rate per each channel. A modulation unit(116) outputs output signals of the second converting unit as I/Q(Base-Band In phase/Quadrature phase) signals of a baseband per each channel.
