PURPOSE: A precast concrete hollow slab and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the quality of the hollow slab by preventing the floating of Styrofoam caused by the lateral pressure of placed concrete. CONSTITUTION: A precast concrete hollow slab(100) comprises a lower concrete layer(110), multiple Styrofoam members(120), an upper concrete layer(130), and anti-floating units(140). Multiple tension wires(111) are fixed to the lower concrete layer. The bottom ends of vertical and horizontal shear connectors(112,113) are buried in the lower concrete layer. The Styrofoam members are placed on the top of the lower concrete layer at uniform intervals. The upper concrete layer is formed on the top of the Styrofoam members, and the top ends of the vertical and horizontal shear connectors are protruded from the top of the upper concrete layer. The anti-floating units prevent the Styrofoam members from floating.
