<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately align the focus position of a detection optical system and the position of a test piece while preventing complexity of the analyzer. <P>SOLUTION: A chromatography analyzer 1 for detecting the state of an analyte on a test piece 9 comprises: a light source 2; an irradiation optical system 3 for guiding the light emitted from the light source 2 to the test piece 9 and emits irradiation light S to the test piece 9; a light-receiving sensor 4 for performing photoelectric conversion; a detection optical system 5 for guiding detection target light T generated from the test piece 9 due to the irradiation light S to the light-receiving sensor 4; a driving device 8 for moving the test piece 9 as an object to be driven in the thickness direction A of the test piece 9; and a control part 7 for aligning the focus position of the detection optical system 5 and the position of the test piece 9 by detecting the change in the light receiving amount at the light-receiving sensor 4 by irradiating light from the light source 2 while driving the object to be driven by the driving device 8 and specifying the state of the analyte based on the output signal from the light-receiving sensor 4 by irradiating light from the light source 2 in this state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
