The invention relates to an EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) Pre Expander Machine used in the drying and expansion of EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) granules and providing prevention of colours of EPS granules of at least two different colours mixing into one another; providing expansion and drying of first of all one colour product and then expansion and drying of other colour product according to the colour of the said granules; comprising at least two material feeding members (8,9) that provide feeding of EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) granules into the machine (A) according to their colour, at least one chamber group (1) providing expansion of the EPS granules, a first blower unit (2) that provides drying of the expanded products of the same colour by means of the first discharge cover (4) upon accomplishment of the expansion process, a second blower unit (3) that performs the process of taking the products of other colour from the second material feeding member (9) into the said chamber group (1) upon accomplishment of the expansion process in the said chamber group (1) and expanding them, and then performing process of drying of the products of the other colour by means of the second discharge cover (5). |
