<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat exchanger suppressing corrosion due to a drain, and having superior durability. <P>SOLUTION: The latent heat exchanger 1 includes a casing 2, a heat-absorbing tube 50 housed in the casing 2, an inflow header 60, and an outflow header 70. The casing 2 has a casing body 10 and a top plate 40 that seals an upper aperture part 16 of the casing body 10. The rear wall 11, the front wall 12, the bottom wall 13, the one sidewall 14, and the other sidewall 15 of the casing body 10 are formed integrally by draw-processing a single metal plate. As a result, a joint by welding or blazing is not formed in the lower part of the casing 2, and even if the drain is generated, the staying of the drain in the lower part of the casing 2 is reduced, which enables reduction of the corrosion due to the drain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
