PURPOSE: A portable moving board for a wheelchair is provided to prevent safety accidents by being stably fixed. CONSTITUTION: A portable moving board for a wheelchair comprises a board(100), a rail unit(200), a bearing unit, and a seat plate(400). In the front of the board, a toilet hanging unit is formed. In the rear of the board, a chair hanging unit is formed. The rail unit is fixed in the center of the longitudinal direction of the board. The bearing unit is equipped with a moving body and a bearing. The seat plate is fixed on the top of the bearing. A chair fixing unit fixed to the armrest post of the chair is equipped on the side of the chair hanging unit.
