PURPOSE: A fusing device and an image forming device with the same are provided to stabilize a transfer route of a recording medium, thereby increasing reliability of image quality. CONSTITUTION: A heating unit(102) supports a film type fusing belt(140). The heating unit includes a side frame. The heating unit faces a pressurization roller(104). A pressurization unit pressurizes the side frame to be close to the pressurization roller to form a fusing nip between the pressurization roller and the fusing belt. A location restriction unit maintains a location of the fusing nip by controlling a location of the side frame.
