<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge lamp lighting device which can suppress to a minimum thermal conduction from a substrate mounting exoergic components to a component with low thermal resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The discharge lamp lighting device 10 segregates a plurality of electronic components 16, 17 with different temperature resistances inside a case member 12, so that a first substrate 14 with exoergic electronic components such as a power element 16 mounted is attached to the case member 12. Further, electronic components with low thermal resistance such as an electrolytic capacitor 17 are mounted on a second substrate 15 held at a given distance L from the first substrate 14 through a retaining member 18 with a lower thermal conductivity than that of the first substrate 14. Moreover, electronic components with low thermal resistance are arranged in the vicinity of a center toward a rear of the case member 12 separated from the first substrate 14 and the case member 12, and the electronic components with low thermal resistance and the case member 12 are separated from each other with an air layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
