<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leveling motor having structure for precise level control by suppressing a feed error as much as possible by eliminating a gap of a screw thread part for changing turning force of the leveling motor to axial feeding force. <P>SOLUTION: The leveling motor includes a case, a shaft which has the screw thread part on an outer peripheral surface and moves axially in the case, a screw tube body which is arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft and has a screw groove part formed on an inner peripheral surface to correspond to the screw thread part, and an elastic body which applies upward energizing force to the shaft. The screw thread part and the screw groove part are brought into axial contact with each other with the energizing force of the elastic body. Consequently, the gap between the screw thread part and the screw groove part is eliminated to suppress a leveling error as much as possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
