<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of reducing or avoiding interference with a communication apparatus of a different kind. <P>SOLUTION: Communication apparatuses 1 and 1' for wireless communication in a first exclusive frequency band A among mainly communication participants 1, 1', and 1'' of high mobility receive signals in a second frequency band B near the first frequency band A, and when the participants positionally come close to a communication apparatus 2 of a different kind in a stationary or a semi-stationary state, transmission is restricted by the communication apparatuses 1 and 1' themselves.
