<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alternate fitting stripe electrode structure advantageous for a battery, a fuel cell, electric interconnection, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode structure has at least two alternate fitting type materials. A first material is a conductive material and a second material is an ion conductive material. The materials are fluid, and present on an identical plane on a film. One of the materials has an aspect ratio larger than that of the other material. A method for forming the electrode structure includes: a step for mixing flows of the conductive material and the second material with a first coupling flow in a first direction; a step for splitting the first coupling flow to generate at least two separation flows in a second direction; a step for mixing the two separation flows with a second coupling flow; a step for repeating mixing and splitting of the flows to generate a final coupling flow; and a step for vapor-depositing the final coupling flow on a substrate as an alternate fitting type structure in a fluid form to form a structure such that the one material has an aspect ratio larger than that of the other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
