<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a thin polymer film in which thickness unevenness is suppressed and optical characteristics are stable. <P>SOLUTION: In a feed block body 51a, flow passages 61a to 61c where first to third dopes (polymer solutions each including a polymer and a solvent) 45a to 45c flow, respectively, a flow passage 61x where a buffer liquid 45x flows, a flow passage 61y where a buffer liquid 45y flows, and confluent portions 61j and 61k, are prepared. A second polymer contained in the second dope has a lower viscosity and a lower elastic modulus in comparison with those of the first polymer contained in the first and third dopes. The second dope 45b, the first dope 45a and the buffer liquid 45x have liquid viscosities in ascending order. At the confluent portion 61j, a first multilayered dope 91v consisting of the second dope and buffer liquids 45x and 45y which flow on both sides of the second dope, respectively, is formed. At the confluent portion 61k, a second multilayered dope 91w is formed by confluences of the dopes 45a and 45c to the buffer liquids 45x and 45y of the first multilayered dope 91v, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
