摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow straightening device for two-phase refrigerant flow using a perforated plate that reduces the sounds caused by the passage of refrigerant through an expansion mechanism, by refining air bubbles contained in the flow of the refrigerant, and preventing localization of the air bubbles. SOLUTION: The perforated plate is disposed to close a refrigerant passage in a tubular case. One or a plurality of perforated plates are disposed, with the opening area of the perforations (or combined perforations) being smaller at portions where the refrigerant circulates with a large amount of air bubbles therein than at portions where the refrigerant circulates with a smaller amount of air bubbles therein. A plurality of perforated plates may be combined in such a way that their portions where the opening area of the perforations is large rotate. The air bubbles contained in the refrigerant flow are thereby made fine and localization of the air bubbles is prevented to prevent variation in the pressure of the refrigerant passing through the expansion mechanism while reducing the sounds caused by the passage of the refrigerant.
