PURPOSE: A cervical spine stretching exercise device is provided to enable a user to control the angle of a seat back. CONSTITUTION: A cervical spine stretching exercise device comprises a seat back(20), an electric motor(30), a telescopic cylinder(40), a back rest(50), and a roller shaft(60). The seat back is rotationally connected to a fixed frame around a connection shaft. One end of the electric motor and telescopic cylinder is rotationally connected to the rear of the seat back around the connection shaft and the other side of thereof is rotationally connected to the fixed frame around the connection shaft. A plurality of back rests is installed in the cavity area of the seat back in the cross direction. The roller shaft is inserted into the back rest.
