PURPOSE: An abdominal belt for a portable heater is provided to receive a heated heater and to transfer high temperature heat of the heater to the abdomen or back of a user. CONSTITUTION: An abdominal belt for a portable heater comprises a main body(10) and an attaching unit(20). The main body is formed in a pair, covers the abdomen and back of a user, and comprises a bag accepting articles or the hands of a user. The attaching unit comprises an attaching tool(21) selected from a tape, a button, and a string. In the bag of the main body, both side openings are penetrated or a border is formed in the center thereof in order to separately form openings.
