A distribution mechanism of vapor-air forging hammers of double action comprises control valves, pneumatic actuators thereof and an automatic control system that is installed outside the high vibration loads. In addition, it further comprises two separate units, each of which is located symmetrically on either side of a working cylinder, and which comprises two valves (an admission valve of energy carrier and an exhaust valve), wherein the lines of energy carrier and exhaust lines for two units are common, and the connection between the units and working cylinder is pipeless in the form of a conic joint, where a ring of annealed copper is used for sealing. |
