摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical device contains surgical sewing device with distal assemble unit for fixation with staples, which is connected through one or more flexible power elements of connection to proximal handle. Assemble unit for fixation with staples contains cartridge device with one or more curved open rows of staples, knife, curved anvil, made with possibility to form ends of staples together with cartridge device. Anvil can move with respect to cartridge device along longitudinal axis of assemble unit for fixation with staples. Assemble unit is curved with respect to longitudinal axis. Lateral end of anvil and corresponding lateral end of cartridge device are connected with passing in longitudinal direction lateral shaft, forming in fact C-shaped frame. Frame determines window for reception of target tissue and side hole. Hole is located opposite lateral shaft and is made with possibility of providing lateral access to window. Method of endoluminal or laparoscopic gripping and cutting out sample of target tissue from regions in patient's body contains stages, at which: distal part of pulling means is introduced into patient's body and placed near target-tissue, distal part of pulling means is fixed to at least one part of target tissue, surgical sewing device is introduced into patient's body, end effector of device is rotated relative its longitudinal axis in such a way that target tissue enters window through lateral hole, some quantity of tissue is pulled through said window, target tissue is pulled during rotational movement of end effector in order to remove target tissue in lateral direction into window between opposite distal and proximal clamps; target tissue is cut out and sewn by means of staples, setting into operation cutting and sewing means of surgical sewing device through window. ^ EFFECT: device and method make it possible to improve visualisation during tissue detection and gripping. ^ 22 cl, 19 dwg
