TUBULAR STEEL GIRDER BRIDGE MODULES AND PREFABRICATED CONSTRUCTION METHODS USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A tubular steel girder module and a construction method of a modular bridge using the same are provided to reduce the exhaust of environmental contaminants and to easily manage the girder module. CONSTITUTION: A construction method of a modular bridge using a tubular steel girder module is as follows. A tube beam having one opened surface is formed by bending a wide-width back plate(S12). Multiple cross beams for connecting the inner walls of the tube beam are installed in a longitudinal direction(S14). A saddle is installed on the bottoms of the cross beams(S16). Multiple tube beams are prepared. A girder is formed by connecting the tube beams to each other(S20). Steel wires installed on the tube beams are connected to each other, and the tension state of the connected steel wires is controlled(S30).
