CARBON DIOXIDE STORAGE CONCRETE FACILITATED ABSORPTION CARBON DIOXIDE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide storage concrete with promoted carbon dioxide absorption rate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to rapidly absorb carbon dioxide into concrete surface by spreading carbon dioxide friendly surfactant on the concrete surface. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of carbon dioxide storage concrete comprises the following steps: mixing cement and sand are mixed in a ratio of 2.5-3.5:1; mixing 40 parts by weight of water with 100.0 parts by weight of cement and sand mixture; manufacturing concrete by adding and curing the mixture into a mold; and spreading carbon dioxide affinity surfactant on the concrete surface by micellization. The cement comprises 20-25 weight% of silica(SiO2), 4-5 weight% of alumina(Al2O3), 2-5 weight% of iron oxide(Fe2O3), 1-2 weight% of magnesia(MgO), 20-40 weight% of lime(CaO), and 1-3 weight% of gypsum based on total weight of the cement.
