<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrical short circuit between the electrical wiring of a transparent substrate for supporting a substrate and a drive unit, in the configuration where a light emitting element and the drive unit for driving the element are arranged on the same substrate. <P>SOLUTION: An exposure head includes: a first light transmissive substrate with wiring; a second substrate, which has the light emitting element, and also which is supported by the first substrate while directing the light emitting element to the first substrate; the drive unit, which is arranged at the second substrate, and which drives the light emitting element; and an insulating member arranged between the wiring of the first substrate and the drive unit of the second substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
