TRANSFER MEDIUM, PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF, AND TRANSFERRED MATTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a transfer medium, in which discharge stability is made excellent when an ink for forming a colored layer and an adhesive liquid for forming an adhesive layer are discharged from an inkjet head, the colored layer can have a high-resolution pattern and transferability and adhesiveness after transfer are made excellent and to provide the transfer medium obtained by the production method and transfer matter obtained by transferring the transfer medium.

SOLUTION: The production method of the transfer medium includes: a colored layer formation step of forming the colored layer on a base material by discharging the ink from the inkjet head toward the base material; and an adhesive layer formation step of forming the adhesive layer on the colored layer by discharging the adhesive liquid from the inkjet head toward the colored layer. The adhesive liquid is an aqueous liquid containing a thermoplastic resin of an emulsion state of <1 μm average particle size. The thickness of the adhesive layer is made smaller than that of the colored layer.
