The present invention relates to a three dimensional scanning system. The three dimensional system according to the present invention includes: a projector for projecting a specific pattern image on a subject by receiving a specific pattern image signal in order for three dimensional scanning; a camera for capturing the subject having the specific pattern image projected in order to generate a three dimensional image for the subject; and a trigger control unit for extracting a vertical synchronization signal (Vsync) from the specific pattern image signal and generating a camera trigger signal through the vertical synchronization signal in order to control an operation of the camera. According to the present invention, since the camera shutter frequency is synchronized with the frequency of a projected pattern image as a camera trigger signal is generated, the phenomenon of stripe formation may be prevented or minimized. Additionally, since various camera trigger signals may be generated, different images may be captured, and the quality of a subject image captured through a camera may be increased.
