PURPOSE: A tray and a steam cooking pot are provided to be easily carried as users grab the tray with both hands. CONSTITUTION: A tray(2) and a steam cooking pot comprise a steam discharge hoe(3), a flange unit(4), a grip part(5), and stepped portion(7) for a pot lid. The flange unit is for a pot body to be freely pulled in and out with being connected to the upper edge of the pot body. The grip part is protruded from the flange unit. The stepped portion for the pot lid is for the edge of the pot lid to be steadily placed more inside than the grip par of the flange unit. The pot lid covers the upper opening of the tray with being placed on the stepped portion.
