APPARATUS FOR CLEANING WITH PLASMA DEVICE

PURPOSE: A degreasing apparatus having a plasma generator is provided to prevent collision of a strip and an atmospheric pressure plasma generator in spite of bending of a surface area of the strip. CONSTITUTION: A degreasing apparatus comprises a plasma generating device(300), a tension applying roll, and a driving unit. The plasma generating device is arranged at one surface or both surfaces of a passing strip(S) in parallel to a width direction of the strip. The plasma generating device irradiates plasma on the passing strip. The tension applying roll is arranged at a position facing a plasma generation surface of the plasma generating device. The tension applying roll curves the strip to apply tension to the strip receiving the plasma. The driving unit is connected to the tension applying roll and the plasma generating device and moves the tension applying roll and the plasma generating device to a direction vertical to a movement direction of the strip.
