The coupling head (8) has a position stabilization unit (12) installed below water surface to stabilize alignment and positioning of the coupling head in water e.g. sea water and inland water. The stabilization unit has a controllable drive (14) for active alignment and positioning of the coupling head in water. A part of a two-part coupling mechanism couples a rendezvous head (18) with the coupling head in a force-and/or form-fit manner. A power transmission interface and a data transmission interface are separably connected with the rendezvous head by the coupling mechanism.
