PURPOSE: An electronic paper film inspecting device is provided to check whether an electronic paper film is defective using first and second contact portions. CONSTITUTION: A first contact unit(120) contacts a first electrode of an electronic paper film. An upper plate(130) moves to an upper side of a lower plate(110). A second contact unit(140) contacts a second electrode of the electronic paper film. A moving member(150) couples one end of the lower plate with one end of the upper plate.
