The system (1) has a filling station (3) for filling fixed filling materials, and a weighing machine (4) and a fluid level measurement device (6) for determining chemical and/or physical property of the filling materials. A graduation unit (7) calibrates packaging units (2) and/or a metering unit. The weighing machine and the fluid level measurement device are controlled by the graduation unit and provided for determination of density of the filling materials and/or concentration of a substance of the filling materials. An independent claim is also included for a method for filling fixed filling materials in a packaging unit.
