<p>The invention relates to an equipment for measuring the working parameters in Compac-1 type cementing sets, used for cementing operations in wells, in operations of acidization, operations for consolidation with sand and operations for stimulating the production. According to the invention, the equipment consists of a cementing set provided on the working platform with an indicating and recording panel (1), connected to some sensors (3 and 5) for measuring the working parameters of the set through a junction box (2) mounted near a fluid pump (8) of the set, the junction box (2) connecting a pressure sensor (3) mounted on the outlet pipe of the pump (8) with a proximity inductive sensor (5) mounted on a connecting universal joint shaft between a gear box (10) and the fluid pump (8), and the junction box (2) makes the connection between the indicating panel (1) and the proximity sensor (5) which is activated by a reading pallet (4), the supply being made from an accumulator (7) and the automatic gear box (10) of the set receives the command from the indicating panel (1) upon reaching a maximum allowable limit value of the working pressure; the indicating panel (1) comprises an acquisition module (a) with controller CAN which has a number of analogue and digital inputs to which there are applied the signals furnished by sensors, the pressure one directly to an analogue input and the digital one through a frequency converter (b) which transforms the pulses generated by the inductive transducer (5) into digital signals and supplies at the output an analogue signal, and the current signals generated by the pressure sensor (3) and the frequency converter (b) are converted into voltages by some calibrated precision resistors (c), the values of the parameters obtained at the CAN output of the acquisition module (a) being applied to an indicating module (d), to a data storage means (e) and to an interface (f).</p> |
