PURPOSE: A vegetative soil composition capable of being spread on the soil cut-slope for vegetating is provided to offer the excellent growing condition for plants by improving the germination rate of the plants. CONSTITUTION: A vegetative soil composition capable of being spread on the soil cut-slope contains 100 parts of sawdust by weight, 200 parts of paper-making sludge by weight, 500 parts of livestock waste fermented compost by weight, 50 parts of food waste fermented compost by weight, 10 parts of crushed crab shell by weight, 200 parts of decomposed granite soil by weight, and 20 parts of bamboo leaf tea cake fermented compost by weight. The vegetative soil composition is spread on the soil cut-slope in the construction thickness of 1-10cm.
