<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device, which performs three-dimensional motions with one feed bar, has a compact structure, and enables high-speed operation of a press. <P>SOLUTION: The transfer device 10 is composed by including: a fixed unit 11 having a lower plate 13 and an upper plate 14; and a movable unit 20 having a moving plate 25. The fixed unit 11 has: a crank mechanism 15, which moves the moving plate 25 up and down; and a driving part 19 of a transfer driving mechanism 18, which moves a feed bar 21 in an advance-return direction X. The movable unit 20 has: one feed bar 21; and a plurality of finger arms 22, which are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the feed bar 21 in parallel to each other.
