<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy grasping of an entire movement of an attention part in a scene. <P>SOLUTION: An attention part movement calculation section 103 calculates movement of an attention part, such as a person, an object, and the like, on each screen in a prescribed scene. A retention number calculation section 104 calculates a number of retentions on each screen, based on the movement of the attention part on each screen in the prescribed scene. A symbol drawing section 105 draws a symbol indicating the movement of the attention part at a periphery of a representative image created in a representative image creation section 102, based on the number of retentions on each screen. A drawing indicating the movement of the attention part can be obtained at the periphery, as a scene representative image. A reader, an editor, and the like can easily grasp the entire movement of the attention part in the scene.
