MODULAR HANDRAIL

The handrail is formed by a succession of sections (1, 1') which are connected to one another by means of intermediate parts (3) which are also involved in connecting the ends of the modules or sections (1, 1') to the terminal modules (4, 4'). The connection parts (3) may be made of the same material as, or a different material from, the modules or sections (1, 1') and even the terminal sections (4, 4'), forming embellishing elements which have an impact on the aesthetics of the handrail obtained. The intermediate parts (3) may be provided with transverse holes for the insertion of pegs (5) which are likewise inserted into holes operationally made in the modules (1, 1') or in one of said modules and the corresponding end terminal (4, 4'). The handrail is easy to manufacture and install and can be adjusted to any length without impairing the optimum aesthetic finish, said handrail being able to be mounted on supporting means fixed to the wall as decorative or protection elements, like banisters, etc.
