<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for housing gallon bottle which can be folded such that a container body can be used as a returnable box and never causes the bottom part to fall out. <P>SOLUTION: The container body made of plastic corrugated board for housing a gallon bottle is composed of such a longer main part corrugated board that the container body is inverted in U shape in both sides and a shorter surface wall corrugated board bound on both sides of the longer main part corrugated board, wherein the main part corrugated board is configured such that a surface wall and a top part inner flap are successively provided on right and left both ends of a bottom wall around the bottom wall which receives an insole plate of a separate member and assume a belt plate shape in the unfolded shape, the double polygonal line being formed along the center of right and left width of the bottom wall, and, meanwhile, both surface wall corrugated boards have such a folding structure that a barrel part is constituted by connection with sidewalls of the main part corrugated board, the top part flap and the bottom part flap are successively provided respectively upper and lower parts and the double polygonal line is disposed along the width center over the whole length to be folded in half with the double polygonal lines which are disposed on both side surface wall corrugated board and the bottom wall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
