PURPOSE: A spacer for a ground anchor and an installation structure of a non-removal type anchor for a cable bolt using the same are provided to use a cable bolt used for ground reinforcement as a non-removal type anchor body. CONSTITUTION: A spacer(2) for a ground anchor comprises a center hole(4) and multiple isolation grooves(6). The center hole has an opening(8) connected to the outside. A tension member is inserted into the center hole through the opening. The isolation grooves are formed around the center hole at uniform intervals. Surrounding tension members and grouting hoses are inserted into the isolation grooves, and the isolation grooves support the inserted surrounding tension members and grouting hoses.
