PRIMER COMPOSITION FOR NON-SLIP RUBBER AND ADHESION METHOD OF NON-SLIP RUBBER BY USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A pre-processing composition for non-slip rubber is provided to exclude measuring process, secondary adhesive treating process, etc in a bonding process of non-slip rubber, especially butyl rubber, thereby improving productivity and improving adhesion, simplifying processes. CONSTITUTION: A pre-processing composition for non-slip rubber comprises 1.5-3 parts by weight of chlorinated polyolefin graft polymer, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of acids, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 0.5-1.0 parts by weight of adhesion accelerator and 93-97 parts by weight of mixed solvent. A bonding method of the non-slip rubber comprises: a step(A1) of buffing the non-slip rubber; a step(A2) of impregnating the rubber in detergent; a step(A3) of drying the non-slip rubber put out from the detergent; a step(A4) of spreading adhesive side of the non-slip rubber by using a pre-treating composition; a step(A5) of drying the material; and a step of spreading the adhesive to the dried non-slip rubber.
