METHOD FOR TREATING SYNDROME OF POLYCYSTIC OVARY IN PATIENTS WITH ADHESIVE PROCESS

A method for treating the syndrome of polycystic ovary in patients with the adhesive process provides for bipolar coagulation and disengagement of the adhesions. One third of polycystic ovary is resected followed by argon coagulation of the ovarian tissue. Following argon coagulation, the surface of the ovary and the peritoneal cavity is washed with physiologic saline. Then the solution is evacuated with aspirator. Finally, the surface of the ovary at the sites of preceding localization of the adhesions is treated with Intercoat.
