<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shifter capable of reducing degradation of phase characteristics and suppressing degradation of transmission characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A phase shifter 100 is configured using a coplanar line for which lines 4, 5 and ground conductors 11, 12, 13 provided away from the lines 4, 5 are formed on a metal layer laminated on a main surface of a dielectric layer, and includes: an input line 2 connected to an input terminal 1; an output line 7 connected to an output terminal 8; a phase shift line 4 and a reference line 5 provided between the input line 2 and the output line 7; a first switch 3 for switching the state of connecting one end of the phase shift line 4 to the input line 2 and the state of connecting one end of the reference line 5 to the input line 2; a second switch 6 for switching the state of connecting the other end of the phase shift line 4 to the output line 7 and the state of connecting the other end of the reference line 5 to the output line 7; and a first bridge 21 for connecting the ground conductors 11, 13 provided so as to hold the phase shift line 4 therebetween. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
