<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide sheet principally used for operation of various electronic apparatuses in which bright and clear illumination is ensured, and to provide a movable contact body using it. <P>SOLUTION: When a reflective layer 21 is provided to cover a plurality of light-emitting parts 2 on the lower surface of a translucent substrate 1 where a plurality of convex light-emitting parts 2 are formed, light from a predetermined light-emitting part 2 can be prevented from entering the substrate 1 above the other light-emitting parts 2. Furthermore, since emission of light from the light-emitting part 2 to below the substrate 1 is eliminated, illumination with mixed colors or leakage of light in the upper display parts 14A, 14B, or the like, is eliminated.
