PURPOSE: A high-speed current comparator and a high-speed current comparing method using the same are provided to support a multi-channel at a high speed by comparing and determining a difference of current in various channels of an array at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A reference current block unit(210) includes a source for receiving an input voltage and a drain connected to a reference current source. A second transistor receives a reference voltage through a gate and generates the reference current. A first switching element is sequentially connected to a drain of the second transistor. A data line unit(250) includes the second transistor, the first switching elements, a first resistor, and a current detection source. A precharge unit(240) previously charges data lines using a reference voltage value during a predetermined time. |
