<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve load resistance of a thermoelectric conversion module. <P>SOLUTION: A thermoelectric conversion module (1) comprises a thermoelectric conversion part (10) having thermoelectric thin films (15, 16) and junctions (21, 22), and heat exchanger plates (41, 42) opposed to each other on both faces of the thermoelectric thin films (15, 16) and contacting each of the junctions (21, 22). Spaces (45, 46) are formed between respective contact parts, at which the junctions (21, 22) are in contact with the heat exchanger plates (41, 42), and heats are insulated by the spaces (45, 46). Protrusions (51, 52) projecting from the thermoelectric conversion part (10) or the heat exchanger plates (41, 42) toward the opposing heat exchanger plates (41, 42) or the opposing thermoelectric conversion part (10), and having gaps (55, 56) between its tip and the heat exchanger plates (41, 42) or the thermoelectric conversion part (10), are provided in the spaces (45, 46). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
