PURPOSE: A holder for a disposable paper cup steamer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to perform a function of an earthenware steamer by punching holes on the bottom of a paper cup. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a holder for a disposable paper cup steamer comprises the following steps: coating one side of pulp paper using a plastic sheet formed with polypropylene; forming a cylindrical edge having the wide upper side and the narrow lower side; forming a model unit by rolling the sheet to outside on the upper side of the cylindrical edge; punching plural holes on the portion obtained by folding the lower side of the cylindrical edge to inside; folding the parts of punched lower side, and compressing the folded parts; forming a groove(21) on the upper center; forming a steam discharge hole(23-1) on the side of the groove; and forming a steam insertion hole(23) on outer surface toward the steam discharge hole.
