<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily washing a conveying belt for conveying ingredients to be cooked. <P>SOLUTION: The conveying belt 175 comprises a conveying section 175a passing through the inside of cooking furnace 70 and a returning section 175b passing through under the cooking furnace 70 and is supported in an annular shape in which a first protruding section 175x and a second protruding section 175y which protrude downward in the middle part of the returning section 175b are formed. A washing tank 201 opening upward for holding washing liquid X is arranged below the first protruding section 175x and a washing tank lifting device 202 for lifting and lowering the washing tank 201 is attached to the washing tank 201.
